‘I Am’ is a campaign by batyr profiling five inspirational young people who have been through our Being Herd workshops. Murray, Ebony, Kobie, Neha and Tom reflect on the power of sharing their stories and their journeys of resilience with mental ill health in the hope of reducing the stigma, and encouraging other young people to share their story.
