Mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation are all fantastic suggestions to help us look after our well-being. However, learning how to do this takes practice, and often having someone guide you through the process can be beneficial.

You might attend a yoga class where they end the session with some meditation. But many people use apps to not only help them learn but also to be reminded to be mindful throughout the day.

This app is another great option for beginners, as it offers a variety of short, guided meditations that can be easily fit into your day. It also has a free trial available.
