What does it means to be BodyKind?

Be body kind — to your body and to others.

The way you think and feel about your body is influenced by so many things, and the relationship you have with your body is unique, complex, and deeply personal.

Feeling positive about your body is not always easy.

So, while the feelings we have towards our bodies can change, might we still be able to be kind to our bodies?

Being body kind is shown in how we nourish, nurture, and move our bodies. It’s the language we use — out loud, online, and in our heads.

Can we be kind to all bodies? Kind to our own body, and to others?

Nobody is perfect, but everybody deserves kindness.

So in a world where we can be anything… let’s be body kind.
