Feeling your life has meaning or purpose is linked to happiness

What is the meaning of life? It’s a big question; it’s a daunting question. But thankfully, today I have the answer. The meaning of life is a 1983 musical sketch comedy film created by Monty Python, which includes the classic scene where John Cleese feeds a patron at a restaurant to the point where the poor man starts exploding everywhere—vomit just coming out of him. What is the actual meaning of life? I’ve got no idea. Maybe there isn’t one, but that doesn’t mean your life can’t have meaning. In fact, actual science says that people who believe their life has meaning or purpose are more likely to experience positive emotions like love, contentment, and compassion, which ironically are the three emotions I feel when I watch Monty Python’s The Meaning of Life. It’s a great film! Anyway, there’s some interesting scientific research on this, so please check out the links for more info. I’ll see you tomorrow with another brief brain.
