What does anxiety feel like?
It’s sort of hard to describe. I guess it always starts, for me, with feeling like I can’t breathe, and then things around me sort of get a little bit hazy and unfocused. It’s hard to sort of settle on what I’m doing and where I’m going.
Well, it just feels like the world’s on your shoulders. You know, like anything can go wrong at any second, and it feels like it already has in every way it possibly can. And, yeah, you just kind of can’t get past that feeling, I think.
Yeah, a physical response of feeling uncomfortable. And you might have hot flushes. Your body might respond, and you might sweat. Your heart might race a little bit more, and you seem to be really acutely aware of it.
