Andrew Morley #thereslifeafter Year 12 Exams
My name is Andrew Morley, and I did my Year 12 exams in 2007. Back in 2007, I was still living at home, just dealing with the added pressure of trying to fit in, trying to find a girlfriend, trying to find work after school, trying to work out what was ahead in life, and trying to get a driver’s license.
My most favorite subject was accounting; my worst was English—I went absolutely horrible in it. Coming up to the Year 12 exams was one of the most stressful periods of my life. We did use, I guess, groups to study and help each other out.
Looking back, the advice I would give myself would be to chill out a little bit. Know that, at the end of the day, as long as you’re happy with how much study you’ve done, then that is what counts.
Year 12 exams can be tough, but just know that there is a life after. So record a message like I have, and let’s share it to show our support.
