Episode 12 is our last one for the year!

To cap off Series 1 of PROJECT ROCKIT TV, we look at spreading GOOD online exploring ‘how do I turn my idea into a movement?’ Rosie and Lucy share how they started PROJECT ROCKIT back in 2006 as two sisters who had just finished school. Now P-ROCK has reached hundreds of thousands of students and grown into Australia’s youth-driven movement against bullying, hate and prejudice.

So, lets discuss:

  1. Can you think of an example of a movement that started from one idea? Why did it work?
  2. Even though each movement is different, what do they have in common? What are some tools that everyday people can use to spread ideas for the greater good?
  3. Would you consider yourself to be a part of a movement? And if not, what movement would you like to be a part of?
