Don't fret with coming out, write it out.

When I was struggling to come out as gay, I had a real problem with actually saying out loud “I’m gay”, it actually made me feel sick even thinking about it. However, when I knew the time was right and I was 100% confident in who I was, I decided that the best way to get the message out there was to write letters to my closest friends and make a video about it for my parents. I felt that this was the best way for me to express what was going on in my mind as well as making it easier for me to say those words. Once I had done this it felt like a huge weight had lifted off me and now I could live my life at ease.
